This is the best deal I have seen a long time when it comes to performance per dollar Sub-$3K system. The 4070 Ti is 6% faster than 3090 Ti. 3090 Tis are still going for over $1440. The price is low because the 4070 Ti’s MSRP is $799. Two months ago, this would have been the highest end i7 system you could buy which back then were goinf for $4K+.
