Request Repair Steps:
- Create Asus.com Account –Register for an account at https://www.asus.com/us/site/ASUS-Member/
- Register Your Product –While logged into your account, click on the top right-hand corner account icon and choose “Product Registration” from the menu.
- Request Support For Your Device –While logged into your account, click on “Support” link on the top menu of the Asus.com homepage. Choose “Support” in the submenu, then click on “Technical Support”.
- Choosing Your Product For Repair –Make sure the serial number online matches the device in need of repair. You may be asked some questions and/or served with support articles. To continue, click on “Go” under “Submit Repair” at the bottom of the page. You will be redirected to ASUS RMA
- Finish Repair Request RMA –Enter the serial number for the device and click “Next”. Follow the prompts to finish your request.
- Check Your Email –Typically, Asus will send you an email with further instructions on where to send your device. You may or may not be provided with a Return Label for the shipment. If you don’t receive one, you must pay for the shipping of your device.

- You will need your RMA number or Serial Number to check the status of your repair. Track Your Return / RMA
