  Notes:  Warranty support for AMD products typically apply to items bought in a separate retail box.  If you built a computer yourself and bought an AMD CPU separately for example, then warranty coverage would apply.

  If you bought a prebuilt computer from a manufacturer like iBuypower or Dell, then you would need to go directly to those companies for warranty support.  In some cases, your computer may have been custom built, however the computer components were bought separately.  In these cases, AMD would service the warranty directly.  Check with your computer maker for more information.

  Request Repair Steps:

  1. Make sure your AMD warranty is covered by AMD directly.  If your system was prebuilt, check with the computer manufacturer to find out who services the warranty request.
  2. After determining AMD does service the warranty for your product, you can fill out an RMA for here AMD Warranty Request Form | AMD.
