Wow…what a journey! I think that makes it 100% NV Surround issue when HDR is turned on. Curious about what your settings are when you are using NV Surround. In “Change Resolution”, try changing the settings to ->Desktop color Depth = Highest 32-bit, Output color depth = 10bpc, Output color format = RGB, and Output dynamic range = Full. If that doesn’t work I have another thing you can try. I have to find it though. Get back to you shortly.
