I just read through the sub, and wow. You definitely found the right place for your issue. I really do think it is the NVIDIA software. I can’t remember if I asked you but, are you using GeForce Experience? I don’t use this and don’t have it installed. I hope the HDR setting works for you with this issue.
P.S.- I didn’t have to disable Nvidia Services with driver 531.61. I am going to install 531.68 right now. Hopefully I don’t have any issues! Fingers crossed!
