Notes: When checking warranty information, you will be asked for specific identifiers including but not limited to serial number. If you bought your intel product separately (i.e. CPU was bought separately from the computer system), this information should be available on your physical product and original box.. Intel’s Warranty information page will help you find the necessary information to identify your product.
Request Repair Steps:
- Create an Intel account Intel Home – Click on Account Icon to begin account creation
- Sign into your account and open the Account Icon Menu and click Support Support (intel.com).
- In Account Icon -> Support page, you will find quick links to several options. It is recommended that you check for Warranty Coverage before you create a New Warranty Return. In most cases, if you bought your computer system from a computer maker (i.e. Dell or Lenovo) you will need to contact them directly for Intel product support. If you bought your Intel item separately, you can continue to Step 4.
- After checking Warranty Coverage, you can now request for a New Warrany Return here Intel New Warranty Return. If this link doesn’t work you must log into your account and go to Account – Support – New Warranty Return. Alternatively, you may ask intel for a Support Request to see if they can help you before returning your product here Request Support (intel.com)
