Notes: Newegg has two types of “Sellers” on their site, “Sold by Newegg” and “Marketplace Sellers (Third Party Sellers)”. For warranty support or information on a return/RMA, you first need to figure out the “Seller” type. If Newegg is the seller you can follow the steps below. If the seller is a “Marketplace Seller”, you need to check the seller’s profile for information on returns. Please note, Newegg will provide general help and escalations if you are having issues with a Marketplace Seller.
Request Repair Steps:
- Log into your Newegg Account and click on Returns & Orders on the top of the screen.
- Find your product in the order history and click on “Get Product Help” if you are past the return period. (If you are within your Return Period, skip to Step 4)
- Here you will find information on the manufacturer of your product. You can use this information for technical support, replacement parts or warranty service from your manufacturer directly. If you want to have Newegg to escalate your warranty, click “Or get help from Newegg – Contact Us”. This will take you to the Chat support/Phone support page where you can talk to Newegg directly.
- If you are within your Return Period, find your product and click on the return link to start the process of returning your item.
- After following the Return instructions, you will receive an email with your RMA number and shipping label. You may then print out and attach your shipping label to your return.
Checking the Status of your return – You can log into your Newegg account and check the status of your return at any time here Newegg Return Status.
